HUB Manage Users
Manage allows you to control HUB users accounts, store properties, create coupons and determine which reports users have access to and the regional groups or individual stores each user can view.

The schedule Coupon function allows users to broadcast a Revention Coupon File (RCF) to selected locations. This tool is ideal for brand menu and price point standardization. | |
5 | Menu Editor | Click Menu Editor to manage and create menus for a single store, or across an entire market group. | |
6 | Users | The Enterprise Users menu allows users to create, delete, and manage existing user profiles that can view information in HUB, Eye Deliver and R-Mobile. | |
7 | Stores | The Enterprise Stores menu allows users to update, troubleshoot, and configure store information and connectivity. | |
8 | Groups | The Enterprise Groups menu allows users to create custom groups of stores for quick reporting and organization. |
Users
This section is used to configure and create users for HUB. If you are using the EyeDeliver application, any drivers will also need to have an account created here, using the Driver Account Type.

2 | Displays the Email address of the existing users. All users that have been created are listed here. HUB keeps the email and HUB account stored until the account is deleted. | ||
3 | Name | Displays the Names of the created and existing users. | |
4 | Account Type | Displays the Account Type of the existing users. Account types serve as a guideline to specify user account securities. Company Admin: Users who can configure all stores and create New Users with permissions to see multiple stores. Store Admin: The owner/franchisee of an individual store. Can create new accounts related to that store and update that store’s configurations. Company User: A general system user who has access to reports either at the store or company level but cannot manage other accounts or store configurations. Driver: Basic user account specifically for delivery drivers who will be set up and utilizing the EyeDeliver Mobile application. | |
5 | Configure User | Click the Configure User widget to launch a submenu that allows changes to be made to the account. | |
6 | Delete User | Click the Delete User function completely remove a record of a user. | |
7 | User Page | If there are more users than can be displayed on one page, use the page numbers to view additional users. The active page number is displayed in green. |
Profile
New users can be configured and their security permissions personalized to restrict their access to the information you want available. Some users can be configured to only access reports, others to add people but not stores and additional users can be created who can do all of the above.

2 | The Email input here will act as both the username and the email that password reset request is sent to. This field is required to create a user. The email must be unique to each user. | ||
3 | First Name | Enter the user’s First Name in the field provided. This field is required to create a user. | |
4 | Title | Enter the user’s Title in the field provided. | |
5 | Toll Free | Enter the user’s Toll Free phone number in the field provided. | |
6 | Set Password | Once a check mark is placed in the Set Password box, a field will be provided to input a password of user’s choice. If the box is left un-checked, HUB will generate a random password for new users. | |
7 | Last Name | Enter the user’s Last Name in the field provided. This field is required to create a user. | |
8 | Phone | Enter the user’s Phone in the field provided. This field is required to create a user. | |
9 | Fax | Enter the user’s Fax in the field provided. | |
10 | Add | Once all the information is entered or updated, click Add to complete the changes to the account or save the new account, or click another tab to continue. | |
11 | Exit | Click Exit to close the user window. |
Store
Each user profile can be configured to view all stores or specifically limited to view specific stores.

Settings
The settings tab and Tab allows configuration of account types and determines whether or not the user account can actively log into HUB.

2 | Status | Here you can control the Status of the account. The default is set to Enabled. Choose Disabled to make the user account inactive and prohibit the user from logging in with this account. | |
3 | Account Type | The Account Type is used to stipulate what type of abilities the account has. · Company Admin: Has access to all Company stores and ability to control Store Admin and Company Users · Store Admin: Has access to stores that are assigned to user account and ability to control Company Users · Company User: Has access to stores that are assigned to user account and the ability to control driver accounts · Driver: Tags the account as an user who will be kept track of when employing EyeDeliver | |

Admin Security
The security sub menu has fields for administrative functions to manage stores and other users.

7 | Show Payrate | Show Payrate will allow this user to view hourly pay rates in Payroll Detail and Summary Reports. | |
8 | Add User | Add User will allow this user to create new accounts at the appropriate level. | |
9 | Delete Group | Delete Group will allow this user to delete Groups for store sorting. | |
10 | Edit Group | Edit Group will allow this user to adjust group/category settings. | |
11 | Edit User | Edit User will allow this user to adjust individual account settings for themselves and other users depending on their account type. | |
12 | Add | Click Add/Update to complete the changes or additions. | |

Broadcast Security
The security Broadcast Tab allows user permissions for Menu Broadcasting and scheduling to be restricted or enabled.

Coupon Security
The coupon security tab controls user permissions to edit, create, and delete coupons from HUB.

People Security
The People Tab controls permissions for creating and editing new employee records that will sync to the Point of Sale.
