HUB Dashboard Navigation

After logging in, the main dashboard will display. Use the tabs to navigate to through the HUB web portal. Additionally, if services such as EyeDeliver or Honeycomb are active, configurations and data will be displayed after clicking the appropriate tabs. Once selected, a tab’s contents will update in the Main Display. Click a tab to open a corresponding Sidebar that will display additional controls.

HUB Tabs

Click the corresponding tab to navigate as desired through HUB.


Please note that all tabs may not be active for your store. e.g. The EyeDeliver tab will not be accessible unless the EyeDeliver Service has been purchased.

Sidebar

The Sidebar is a modular section that changes depending on the selected tab. Click on the header to collapse or expand the available options.

Main Display

The Main Display is a modular section that changes based on the selected tab and side bar buttons.

Current User Options

Upon logging in, the Username is displayed here. Click Log Off to end the session.

Dashboard

The dashboard presents vital statics in an easy to read graphical display. The combination of net sales and labor percentages allow for quick assessment of a store or brand’s performance. The stores contributing to the total numbers along the top are displayed in rows with separated data for each Key Performance Indicator (KPI) below. Stores can be filtered or organized by group to easily determine the top performers and identify locations that require action.

Dashboard Selection

Different data parameters are selectable in the Dashboard Selection. The default view upon logging in is Today and its contents will be further described in this section.

Dashboard Options

Dashboard Options has toggle controls that allow you to choose which stores’ data is displayed and calculated for the dashboard.


Stores are arranged by user defined groups, for example East, South, and West.


Click on a group to expand the list and display the stores within. Click a checked group or store to remove the checkmark and stop displaying data from that selection.


 Once you’ve made your selections, click Refresh Data to recreate your dashboard with the new parameters.

Total Net Sales

The Total Net Sales of the selected stores will be displayed here.


Net Sales is Total Sales, after coupons, adjustments and tax have been subtracted.

Total Labor Cost

Total Labor is the cost of all employees, salaried and hourly.

Labor Percent

Labor Percentage is calculated by dividing Total Labor by Net Sales.

Store Name

The individual Store Names that are contributing to the overall totals are displayed in this column.

Gross

The individual Store’s Gross Sales that are contributing to the overall totals are displayed in this column.


Gross Sales is Total Sales after adjustments, and coupons have been subtracted. Gross Sales doesinclude tax.


Gross Sales is the total amount of cash, credit, and other payments the store should have collected that day.

Discount

The individual Store’s Discount Totals that are contributing to the overall totals are displayed in this column.


Discount Totals only displays the amount of money removed from total sales by coupons applied to orders.


The percentage underneath the total Discount amount compares how much of that store’s total sales are being discounted by coupons vs. collected as gross sales. This number is calculated by dividing the Discount Total by the Total Sales.

Void

Similar to discounts, Voids displays the individual Store’s accumulated Voids totals and the percentage compared to the Total Sales.


The percentage underneath the total Void amount compares how much of that store’s total sales are being voided vs. collected as gross sales.

Labor

Labor displays the individual Store’s accumulated Labor totals compared to the Net Sales.

Net

Net Sales displays the value of items sold after discounts, voids, and tax have been subtracted.

Last Updated

The Last Updated column displays the time stamp for the most recent data collected from the store.


Stores that display “No data for today” are not calculated in the dashboard. If a store is operational and open for business but you see this message, please contact Revention Customer Service for assistance.

Weather

Based on the store’s business address, HUB will pull the local climate data and display it under Weather for each location.
