Performance Report (DPR)
Performance Report (DPR) Purpose: The Daily Performance Report (DPR) is used to view a summary of sales for a particular date, date range, week to date, or month to date.
HungerRush recommends that owners and/or managers run this report daily, as it provides a perfect snapshot of all the information required for each business day. View daily sales & revenue, a labor summary, a payment summary, daily satistics, sales by order counts and totals by order type, sales by category, paid-ins, and paid-outs. To generate the Daily Performance Report, select the desired start and end dates or choose from the pre-selected date choices (-1 day, +1 day, Today, WTD, or MTD). If desired, add the following optional sections:
Menu Mix Reports (Selectable)
Purpose: The Menu Mix Standard Report provides a list by menu report group of the quantity, net sales, and percentage of sales for each menu item Optimal Usage - Sales trends by report group - menu mix standard report reprots
The Menu Mix by Grp/Size provides a list by menu report group of the quantity, net sales, and percentage of sales for each menu item, and size
The Menu Mix by Grp/Sz/Style provides a list by menu report group of the quantity, net sales, and percentage of sales for each menu item, and size
The Menu Mix by Grp/Item provides a list by men report group of the quantity, net sales, and percentage of sales for each menu item, by Grp
Sales Summary Report
Purpose: This report is a condensed sales report that can be used for all stores over an extended amount of days. It is broken down as follows:
Day (numerical sequences based on range selected)
Net Sales ▪ Tax ▪ Cash ▪ Other (checks, Third Party, Etc) ▪ Credit ▪ Gift ▪ Account (Charge accounts)
Paid Outs ▪ Paid Ins
Number of Orders (total number of orders taken)
Labor Cost ▪ Labor Percent (Percent of sales that went to labor)
Delivery Fee ▪ Delivery Comp
The Weekly Sales Summary Report
Purpose: The Weekly Sales Summary Report provides a breakdown by day of the week of the over/short calculation, historical weekly data, labor costs, and total dollar amount sold per order type for a specified date range.
Sales by Reports (Selectable)
Purpose: Sales Reports by Selectable Parameter for Store Performance Details
Payroll Reports (Selectable)
Payroll Summary Purpose: The Payroll Summary Report provides a summary view of hours, rate, gross pay, reported tips, and comps by employees for a specified date range. Use this report to view a quick snapshot of labor expenses for a specified date range.
Payroll Detail Purpose: The Payroll Detail Report provides a detailed breakdown of each employee’s hours, rate, tips, miles, and sales for a specified date range
Use this report to view your labor expenses by the employee.
Adjustments
Adjustment Reports Purpose: The Adjustments report consolidates the detailed information from the Adjustment Detail and Adjustment Summary reports into a single, comprehensive view. This unified report provides flexibility, allowing users to delve into a granular breakdown of voids, comps, and coupons or to view a summarized overview of the same data.
Inventory
Inventory Reports Purpose: The Inventory report provides a detailed breakdown of inventory usage across a specified time frame. Categorized by report category, the report offers a granular view of inventory items and their respective usage patterns. Currently, the report focuses on usage data, which can be analyzed ona daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Delivery
Delivery Reports Purpose: The Delivery (Out-the-Door Time) Report allows you to view the average, minimum, and maximum delivery out-the-door times for a specified date range, as well as a detailed list of all late orders for the specified date range. Deferred orders are excluded from this report.
Driver Delivery Details
Driver Delivery Details Purpose: Similar to the Driver Performance Report, the Delivery Driver Details report provides a comprehensive overview of individual driver performance within a specific time frame. Key metrics such as total orders, dispatches, late order count, mileage, and total sales are detailed for each driver, enabling a granular analysis of driver productivity and efficiency.
